Deadline: The process must begin within 90 calendar days after receipt of the order.
Returns
Product Refund:
When you decide to return a product, the refund will be applied only to the price of the product you have purchased. In other words, the amount you will be refunded corresponds only to the value of the item, without including any other cost associated with the purchase.
Shipping costs:
It is important to note that both the shipping costs for the delivery of the product (5โฌ) and the shipping costs required to return the product are not refunded.ย
Product Conditions:
For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was received. If the product, its packaging or any accessory is damaged or shows signs of use, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund, or the return may be refused if the required conditions are not met.
Return Shipping Costs:
All costs incurred in the return process will be borne by the customer. To facilitate the return, SELBI offers a portal where you can generate a shipping label at a reduced rate of 4,88โฌ. If you prefer, you can also choose to send the product using the courier of your choice.
Reimbursement Deadlines:
Once the return has been processed, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, and may take up to 15 business days, depending on the bank and card.
Size Changes
Availability:
We will try to change the size whenever possible. If there is no stock available for the requested size, a refund of the product price will be made.
Process:
The customer must send the product to be exchanged at his own expense. You can generate a label with our negotiated rates with the carriers or choose the courier of your choice.
Free shipping:
The cost of the new shipment for the size change is free of charge.
Additional Conditions
SELBI reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return if the product does not comply with the established conditions.
In cases of defective items, SELBI will evaluate each situation on an individual basis.
Changes will be limited to the same item and size, subject to availability, and SELBI will determine the procedure in exceptional situations.
