Need to return or exchange your SELBI product?
For Returns and Exchanges:
- Initiate your request through our Returns and Exchanges Portal.
Click here: Access the Returns and Exchanges Portal - The process must begin within 90 calendar days after receipt of the order.
Returns:
- After processing your return, the refund will be made using the same payment method. This process may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank and card.
- The products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same shipping conditions. In case of any kind of damage to the product, its packaging or accessories, the amount will be deducted from the return. The return will be rejected if the product or packaging is not in good condition.ย
- All shipping costs generated by the return will be borne by the customer, either by choosing their own courier or by deducting them from the amount to be refunded if SELBI organizes the collection. The costs are 5โฌ for shipments in Spain and 10,99โฌ for other countries.
Size Changes:
- We will try to change the size whenever possible. If we are out of stock, a refund will be issued.
For size changes, the customer must send the product to be changed at his own expense, he can generate a label with our negotiated rates with the carriers or choosing the courier of his choice. The cost of the new shipment for size change is free of charge.
Additional Conditions:
- SELBI reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return if the product does not meet the required conditions.
- In case of damaged items, SELBI will evaluate each situation individually. Exchanges are limited to the same item and size, subject to availability. SELBI decides the procedure in exceptional cases.
