Can I exchange or return my SELBI?

In case of a return, the refund will be made once the shipment has been received and processed, the money will be refunded immediately by the payment method used, depending on the bank and card used, it may take between 5-10 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
With regard to size exchanges, we will try to do so whenever possible, and if the requested size is not available in stock, a refund will be made.

For size changes, in countries belonging to the European Union the shipping cost will be free, and a pre-paid shipping label can be generated. For countries outside the European Union, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs by sending the package to our warehouse.
The return process must be initiated within 90 calendar days of receipt of the order.
All items to be returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were sent. SELBI reserves the right to cancel the exchange or return if the product is not returned by the user in good condition.
For returns it will be the customer who will assume the shipping costs, either by sending the package by the courier of his choice or by subtracting it from the amount of the return if SELBI is the one who organizes the collection of the package. All shipping costs incurred for the order will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. For shipments in Spain it will be 5€ per shipment, for shipments in other countries it will be 10,99€ per shipment.
In the case of articles with possible defects, SELBI will study each case through the images provided by the customer, the review of the product and the assessment of whether it is a defect or wear and tear produced by the use of the product. If the case is accepted as a defect, only exchanges for the same article and size will be accepted as long as it is available. SELBI reserves the right to decide the procedure in exceptional cases.
