Can I exchange or return my SELBI?

In case of a return the refund will be made once received and processed the shipment, the money will be refunded immediately by the form of payment used, depending on both the bank used as the card can take between 5-10 days to be effective in your account.
With regard to size changes, we will try to make them whenever possible, if we do not have stock of the requested size, we will proceed to make a refund.

For size changes, in countries belonging to the European Union the shipping cost will be free, and a pre-paid shipping label can be generated. For countries outside the European Union, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs by sending the package to our warehouse.
The return process must be initiated within 90 calendar days of receipt of the order.
All items to be returned must be in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were sent. SELBI reserves the right to cancel the exchange or return if the product is not returned by the user in good condition.
For returns it will be the customer who will assume the shipping costs, either by sending the package by the courier of his choice or by subtracting it from the amount of the return if SELBI is the one who organizes the collection of the package. All shipping costs incurred for the order will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. For shipments in Spain it will be 5€ per shipment, for shipments in other countries it will be 10,99€ per shipment.
In the case of items with possible defects, SELBI will study each case through the images provided by the customer, the review of the product and the assessment if it is a defect or wear caused by the use of the product. In case of accepting the case as a defect, only exchanges for the same article and size will be accepted as long as it is available. SELBI reserves the right to decide the procedure in exceptional cases.
