Can I change or return my SELBI?
Of course!
Both to make a change or a return must be made through the returns portal https://selbibrand.com/en/returns/
In case of a refund will be made once the shipment has been received and processed, the money will be refunded immediately for the form of payment used, depending on both the bank used and the card may take between 5-10 days to be made in cash your account.
With regard to size changes, an attempt will be made whenever possible, in case of not having stock of the requested size we will proceed to make a refund.

The return process must begin within 90 calendar days of receipt of the order.
All items to be returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were shipped. SELBI reserves the right to cancel the exchange or return if the product is not returned by the user in good condition.
For returns it will be the customer who assumes the shipping costs, either by sending the package by the courier that he prefers or by subtracting it from the return amount if it is SELBI who organises the collection of the package. All shipping costs arising from the order will be deducted from the total refund of the amount. For shipments in Spain it will be โฌ 5 per shipment, for shipments in other countries it will be โฌ 10.99 per shipment.
In the case of articles with possible defects, SELBI will study each case through the images provided by the customer, the review of the product and the assessment if it is a tare or a wear caused by the use of the product. If you accept the case as tare, changes will only be accepted for the same item and size whenever it is available. SELBI reserves the right to decide the proceedingins in exceptional cases.
