Remember: To complete your return or size exchange, it is essential that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in all its original packaging. If the product does not meet these requirements upon arrival, the return or size exchange will NOT be processed, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred throughout the process (see terms and conditions).

In the event of a return, the refund will be issued once the shipment has been received and processed. The money will be refunded immediately to the payment method used. Depending on both the bank and card used, it may take up to 15 days to be credited to your account.

Regarding size changes, we will attempt to accommodate them whenever possible. If the requested size is not in stock, a refund will be issued.

The return process must be initiated within 90 calendar days of receiving the order. All items to be returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when shipped.

SELBI reserves the right to cancel the exchange or refund if the product is not returned in good condition. For returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs, either by sending the package via the courier of their choice or by subtracting it from the refund amount if SELBI arranges for package collection. All shipping costs incurred in connection with the order will be deducted from the total refund amount.

In the case of items with possible defects, SELBI will review each case through images provided by the customer, inspect the product, and assess whether it is a defect or wear caused by use. If the case is accepted as a defect, exchanges will only be accepted for the same item and size, provided it is available.

SELBI reserves the right to decide the procedure in exceptional cases.
