In case of a return, the refund will be made once the shipment has been received and processed, the money will be refunded immediately by the payment method used, depending on both the bank used and the card, it may take between 5-10 days to become effective in your account. With regard to size changes, we will try to make them whenever possible, if the requested size is not in stock, a refund will be made. All items to be returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which it was sent. SELBI reserves the right to cancel the exchange or return if the product is not returned by the user in good condition. For returns, it will be the customer who assumes the shipping costs, either by sending the package by the courier that he prefers or by subtracting it from the return amount if SELBI is the one who organizes the collection of the package. All shipping costs originated by the order will be deducted from the total refund of the amount. For shipments in Spain it will be €5 per shipment, for shipments in other countries it will be €10.99 per shipment. In the case of articles with possible defects, SELBI will study each case through the images provided by the client, the review of the product and the assessment if it is a defect or wear caused by the use of the product. If the case is accepted as tare, changes will only be accepted for the same item and size as long as it is available. SELBI reserves the right to decide the procedure in exceptional cases.
